The acquisition of Stork, mainly in the Netherlands and Belgium as well as a few entities in Germany, by Bilfinger has been successfully completed. With joint forces, we are even better able to support our customers throughout the entire life cycle of an asset.

The acquisition of Stork by Bilfinger has been successfully completed. From now on, we'll be working together under the unified banner of Bilfinger in Belgium, The Netherlands and Germany.
